Fantastic vegetarian tasting menu. Very interesting modern take on tofu and other vegetarian proteins. Innovative ways to use tomato (imitating salmon nigiri) and even mock eel (can't remember what it was made of). The chef is incredible and also very nice he thanked us graciously at the end of the meal and escorted us out. View all feedback.
