"Belonging to the Jiva group, the dining experience was good. Great hospitality. Loved the food though the smoked butter chicken was sweeter than most and a pass for next time. The chicken Burmese soup is like a meal in itself (and quite yummy ! Egg fried rice were great and so was the orange souffle(liked it better than the pineapple souffle, which was more sweet . The decor and ambiance were good and had jungle vibes (don't miss the machaan, similar to a tree house, in the picture! If you're visiting Shillong, do stop by here for the vibe and experience."

"Great place!! A must visit for Coffee lovers. While here do taste their Mocha and their Biriyani. Additional tip, the people here are especially good and lively, so do strike a conversation while you are at it : Thankyou Ban, San, Manda and David. You guys are the reason I am regular."

"If you are in Shillong and in Police Bazar, then this place is a must visit. One of the hidden gems in the city. We visited Shillong and after a very tiring day we thought of having dinner and to my wonder I had one of the best chinese food. We ordered peri peri grilled fish, pork fried rice, momos and wine glazed chicken. All dishes were freshly prepared and exceeded our expectation. Wish to visit the place again if I ever visit Shillong."

"Had a wonderful evening at Cafe Shillong. First the food. The pork momos came as two big succulent pieces, and the minced filling was brilliant. The patty in the beef burger looks fried, but that's just the outer layer and the inside is juicy delicious. What stood out though were the french fries hand cut and crisped to perfection. It's a small space inside, but a very cosy one. We settled into the nostalgia of 90s English pop music playing, and after a while, a soothing live band (duo actually) took over. The staff were courteous and friendly."

"Always the first restaurant that comes to mind whenever i have a craving for some good Indian food. Just one small issue on my last visit, i ordered Kashmiri Pulau but jera rice was brought instead. I hadn't notice till i ate a spoonful and i had to be content with it"
