Was a sad day at the ice cream shop... 4 servers behind the counter but none of them could get the orders right. I watched customer after customer ask for missing items, or corrections to their order all while waiting a very long time for even simple cones. I'm hoping it was just an off day. "I so glad we now have a Jersey Mike's in Gettysburg now. I usually visit Chambersburg once a week for shopping needs. I have visited this location several times and disappointed each time. Either the cleaning of the operation, poor employee training or overbearing manager. The grand prize goes to the day, I ordered the double meat Italian sub. The owner/manager told the girl she was putting too much meat on the sub ..... she stated it was extra meat ..... he began to remove the extra meat.... "The food was good. Just what I wasn't a fan of was the Mac and cheese and I ordered the Brisket and I think I was pulled pork, but it was still good. If I get back to the area, I'd definitely come back. The spicy sauce they use was really good. Will not burn your mouth too much, but has a small kick and is tasteful.
