Was great. They were nice enough to bring fresh pretzeis out to a bus driver because the tour group, Golden tours did not bring one out. Tks much from the driver. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Les Dodos doesn't like about Yoder's Hand-rolled Pretzels:
Unfortunately, we did not adhere to the concept of cheap tourist trap! We would have liked to have more local things, small artisans, handmade. Meet the locals, but Yoder's is not the place to go! Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Best pretzel ever! I'm so glad we came in to get a pretzel Just melts in your mouth. Don't bother with sauces, just get butter and salt. You won't want to ruin the flavor. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The atmosphere is pretty consistent with the whole Shipshewana vibe. The staff were not sure welcoming or friendly. Just doing their job. The pretzels were ok. They reheat them for you and it is too hot. So you have to wait for it to cool down again just to eat it. The shape is different in that they make them so they don’t have the usual holes just on big blob of dough. Which was fine. Just different. The amount of salt was way too much (and I like salt) it was even overboard for me.
Served fresh, warm, with a delicious sweet mustard sauce. These pretzels are a great treat. Especially paired with their hand mixed cream soda.
Visited summer of 2021 and the very best soft pretzels I have ever tasted. We got the originals just basted in butter and salt with no toppings and you'll never find another to match. Forget Auntie Annie. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
