"I was at your place the other day, I really liked the food and drinks. Friendly and polite staff, dishes were served very quickly and with high quality. "Were on Saturday. Maybe we were out of luck. Upstairs in the hall is a banquet, downstairs in the next hall a birthday is being celebrated. And we sat down in the hall, ordered broth with khinkali and I myself a meat salad. The kitchen did not impress at all, one piece of meat in the salad was generally caught with a real smell of not the first freshness and taste the same. The broth is delicious, but there is no khinkali in it. People come in, but there is simply no service staff. It's time to pay off, waited and waited, went to look for at least someone. As a result, there is a crowd of people in the next room, but not a single person from the staff. The impression was that there were 2 people for the whole restaurant. As a result, a girl ran in and while she was responding to new visitors with something, we asked for a calculation, gave money it turned out that with a tip, because I just didn't want to wait another hour for the change . It’s a pity I wanted comfort and yummy, but it didn’t work out. 3, only for the owner of the restaurant, who does a lot of good deeds and helps children, otherwise I would put 1. Prices by Kiev standards are certainly low, but there is no joy from the prices, better is more expensive, but tasty and pleasant service. Original Были в субботу. Может нам не повезло. Сверху в зале банкет, снизу в соседнем зале день рождения празднуют. И мы сели в зале, заказали бульон с хинкали и я себе мясной салат. Кухня не впечатлила вообще, один кусок мяса в салате вообще попался с реальным запахом не первой свежести и вкусом таким же. Бульон вкусный, но хинкали никакие в нем. Люди заходят, а обслуживающего персонала ну просто нет. Пришло время рассчитаться, ждали ждали, пошла искать хоть кого нибудь. В итоге в соседней зале толпа народу, а ни одного человека из персонала. Сложилось впечатление, что 2 человека на весь ресторан. В итоге забежала девушка и пока она отвечала посетителям новым что то, мы попросили расчет, дали денег вышло, что с чаевыми, так как просто не хотелось еще час ждать сдачи . Жаль хотелось уюта и вкуснятины, а не вышло. 3, только за хозяина ресторана, который делает много добрых дел и помогает детям, а так бы поставила 1. Цены по киевским меркам конечно низкие, но радости от цен никакой, лучше дороже, но вкусно и приятное обслуживание."
