Conad Aega Merxhani - Shkoder

Truly, this is my favorite supermarket in Shkoder, with a robust selection of products, and the widest selection of vegan chocolates I found in the city. Conad-- at this special place-has gigantes (big Greek tinted beans in tomato sauce) and even some raw vegan cookies. I also appreciate this location offering bulk bags of frozen mushrooms. The staff is very friendly, and some speak good English.

Overall, we liked the supermarket. But: due to the fact it only sells bio certified fruits and vegetables, all fresh produce is imported. You also won 't find 'good ' (sourdough, high quality) bread.
