What Brandon Wheat likes about El Maguey:
Not too bad. Mexican adjacent flavors and a bar focused business. The building is in need of a refresh or at least some attention (read: floors, cosmetics) but that'll probably never happen. All around not bad. View all feedback.
What BigB da SEAL doesn't like about El Maguey:
The food is really good but the service seems to be getting worse and worse. The other day, there was only one server having to take all the orders and the wait time was crazy. Saying they are under staffed would be a under statement. View all feedback.
Excellent and authentic Mexican, loved the Chile relleno. Queso dip was good as well . Service was very prompt.
The food was ok, not good, the restaurant was hot, the ceiling tiles were fithy, the restroom was fithy. Our server was nice. But will not go back.
