What Oswald Schuster likes about North City Bistro & Wine Shop:
a place! Live music, cozy environment and great drinks and eating. What else can they ask?! their hours are so limited plan accordingly. in the night we were, there was no ceiling fee for music. I have heard that the concurrence fee in some nights is about $20. my favorite menus were the flower-flower appetizer and the risotto (comes with scallops.)
