I wish I could give the employee a 10-star rating. There is a Hispanic lady who works this restaurant for 3 employees. It is always alone with a line of more than 3 people. She works every day with a huge smile. I own a computer repair shop over the street, but if I opened a restaurant, it would be the one employee I would like.
