"I will give 5 stars for food to this restaurant but the service esp the front desk is awful so 2 stars for that. We waited and waited and waited to get seated and literally had to argue to sit. They keep sending people who came after us because we have 6 people in the group two were kids. On checking in we were asked to wait for 20 minutes after waiting for 40 minutes when we get in to check in the lady said we don't know when you will be seated. I checked the list there were 10 people who came behind us have been checked in. When asked why we are not being seated she said because you have more people , if this was the case you should have told us before, we would have not waited for that long with kids literally starving....so if you have a big group (ours was not that big though) please think before going...or be ready to fight to get seated there is absolutely no procedure or rules to be seated or if there is some other reason we don't know for not being treated properly. "Yesterday and again today for dinner on Mod Pizza. Absolutely loved! You have either a 6" pizza (which we ordered for my 2 years and an 11" pizza that is perfect for an adult. The pizza is thin crust (which we are fans and you can either choose to build your own or choose from the combinations they have on their menu. They have milk free cheese and while they do not have meat-free alternatives, they have many vegetables and milk free options to choose from: In the first night I ordered a “Build Your Own” pizza with lots of vegetables and the milk-free cheese and today I ordered “The Isaak” pizza with the milk-free cheese instead of the Ricotta dolls with which it comes. Absolutely delicious!!! My husband also agreed and said it was his new favorite pizza place. The service is also fantastic! The people behind the counter are super helpful and friendly. Very good to know about their ingredients. When I ask for a sauce, they know whether it is milk free or not. The atmosphere is super relaxed and if you don't feel like sitting indoors, they have a small outdoor seating area, which is a little quieter and more relaxed. We loved this place and will definitely add it to the list of places we visit often! Definitely earned 5 stars!!"

"Done with this place. Came back to this location after a few months hiatus. Last time I was here I had a bad experience. Ordered a kids quesadilla and the guy who made it dropped it and was ready to serve it. Sorry pal but the 3 sec rule only applies if you drop food at home. ? In addition they weren't wearing gloves when they were using chemicals to clean the tortilla warmer then serving food with bare hands. I did say something to an employee about this. She corrected it by making a new quesadilla and wearing gloves.This time out of convenience and time, I decided to stop by. I ordered take out. Here is what I found in my food. ? I'm officially done. Never going back to this location regardless of convenience. They obviously don't clean there. I'm not sure what time of bug this is but he was very attached to my plastic container. I hope it's not a roach. ?? BTW chips were stale too."
