Twisted Root Burger Co. - Shreveport

What Michelle Stuart likes about Twisted Root Burger Co.:
Had a waygu burger but wasn't really impressed. The fries were great as were the pickle selection. I also really enjoyed the cane sugar soda options. My husband ordered the twisted apple margarita (I believe that is what it is called). It was really and I mean really good and I'm not much of a drinker. It tasted like my apple pie filling. After eating at the Twisted Root in Mansfield, TX, I thought I would treat my daughter to the experience in Shreveport. The burger was OK but dry. The restaurant was not the same in terms of cleanliness. We arrived on a Monday at 11:30 am before the lunch rush.
