Whataburger always has good breakfast sandwiches and burgers for lunch. I like the Pommes. Even with 2 car-dru lanes running full for lunch, they get you quickly supplied. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Being from the W.C. I really thought WAB would be a staple for burger joints. To me it's along the lines of Jack in the Box. I do like that they offer grilled onions and you can customize your burger. I don't like the 40 minute wait times for drive through. "This is the second weekend in a row I have tried to call in and place order to go and nobody has answered. so my daughter and I went to the store and placed our order. I took the privilege to record while I was in the store while my daughter called thestore several times and nobody even acknowledged the phone ringing. meanwhile they had 2 girls cleaning the salad bar andanother gentleman standing behind the cashier watching me place my order while the phone was ringing none stop. the owner ofthis store is losing hundred, possibly thousands of dollars bc of the staff employed here. "I got the falafel sandwich and a side of rice. The falafel didn’t have much flavor at all. The rice was good though but I’m not sure it was vegan due to the rich flavor. Also tried some fries and they were super salty."

"That was our first culinary experience at william b’s. when we arrived, there was no one at the station of maitre d. when two other parties came behind us, a member of our party went to the restaurant to get the attention of someone to sit the people at the door. the restaurant is beautiful, without doubt. the food was also excellent. Our server was neither trained nor had the setting that would meet the level of the fine restaurants of the restaurant. the last bill was $285 for three people. while eating and the very fine decoration and facilities of the restaurant justified that the service certainly not. it is easy for me to see why a restaurant that has the potential, waiting lists of days, if not weeks, is only open two days per week. if I were the general manager of sam’s town, shreveport, I would be quiet for a new restaurant manager, perhaps also a new food and beverage director. it is a shame to run a restaurant so that the facilities, the menu and the kitchen staff do not meet."
