We have visited these Arbys many times over the years. I am always impressed by the staff I interact with during our visit. They seem almost always happy and very willing to answer questions. Ordered a special, 2 roast beef and cheese for $3.00 I asked for extra horseradish and BBQ sauce and when I got home there was none. Should have checked before as it is important to me.
