"The owner patrick ensures that his guests are cared for. he makes his round the morning during the breakfast to check that the guests must be visited. from the employees at the reception to the restaurant staff are all so helpful, polite and attentive. we fought to close the door on the first day in our room, and one of the workers saw us and she came to help. the breakfast is good. it is buffet style consist of freshly made juice, brot, house made jam, and fruits. it includes ordering an breakfast as long as they do not exceed their limit. it is 220 php the time of this review. we always had the omelet and they are all good. also the homemade yogurt was good. do not miss the banan gaps for their dessert during lunch or evening meal. the complex is well maintained. it is very peaceful and quiet. the only thing we thought was that we were missing were fans in the restaurant. it would help some days if there is no brise and maybe warned of flying. our room is spacious. the shower is large in opposite to the other hotel where they can hardly fit. my only problem in the bathroom is that the sink is high. it is not for short people as I thought. we had no chance to make the trip to apo island, so I can't talk about the diving staff, but I'm pretty sure they're great. we had to cancel because my man had an ear this day. thalatta between the well-maintained resort, the great staff and the room gives the best buck for her!"

"Gie Gies now has a great lineup of submarine sandwiches. Owner Ron is from Chicagoland and his latest Chicago Style sub is really good. Along with Gie Gie's good and fair priced menu Ron has Paco from Paco's Tacos come in on Wednesdays and Saturdays serving great mexican food. Plus on Sundays he brings in sushi san Robert from Bertilicious. You won't find better quality sushi or sashimi at these prices in Negros. Still very good breakfasts at @150p including coffee in a air conditioned dust and dirt free environment. Individual size pizza's are great with Ron's ice cold beers. The staff are friendly and do try their best to make each customer happy. If that's not enough try his hamburgers which you can build to your own liking. We live in Dauin and look forward to stopping in Gie Gies either before or on the way home. Ron's hit a home run with Gies Gies and hope others give it a try. Highly recommended."

"Nice little cove resort. Fairly quiet. Not very good phone reception but wifi is great. Rooms are clean with kettle and coffee supplied in room. Aircon works fine. Hot water shower if you’re so inclined. Snorkelling just off shore with a stunning beach to just relax and enjoy. Pool is large and clean but lacking in poolside loungers. Food is 4/5 and definitely large portions. The only thing we didn’t like was pressure to pre-order all meals. Fresh made delicacies so hence the need to preorder. I appreciate this, yet I find ordering dinner shortly after consuming a meal makes it difficult to palate your next meal. Staff is awesome, warm, and hospitable. Overall a cool place. I would come back."
