What Basel K likes about Adorn Bar Restaurant:
This was the first time we ate at this restaurant and we enjoyed the experience. It is so obvious that the chef has a distinguished “culinary philosophy” of his own, and we admired it. I particularly liked the eggplants and the pickled fish. This is stuff that you can eat only here. As a bonus all of the dishes are healthy and they go with most diets. TL:DR Adorn is searching for its identity, and the current iteration is terrible. My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for the weekend and ate at Adorn on Saturday night. The “ambiance” is that of an unused conference space hastily converted into a dining room. The music was intolerable.
