By far the worst Dunkin I 've ever been to. I go in there asking for a a frozen coffee and an everything bagel and the girl at the cashier looked super confused.. as if I just ordered a mystery item . The other employee asks me so when you say frozen coffee, do you just want ice in it..? ? waited more than 10mins for my items, only to have them get my order wrong. went here for the free coffee with separate purchase on coffee day yesterday. coffee was mediocre, of course. however, the service was excellent.
Hole in the wall location and a very rude staff. Has forgotten customer pays his salary. And very slow. Communication skills of a snail.
