100 ml wine $20. 20% Gratuity added to the bill on top. The restaurant somehow feels entitled to a 20% gratuity. This is loot and unethical. Tell your customers upfront in bold letters that you will charge a mandatory 20% Gratuity. Be transparent not entitled.
