I realize that there may be some variations in the famous Chicago hot dog, but my husband had eaten one earlier at the Water Tower Mall's FoodLife and when he had bite of mine at this cafe, he thought mine was better tasting. He thinks it is the Vienna hot dog that made the difference. I assumed it had to be authentic since the cafe is at the bottom level of the Chicago History Museum. View all feedback.
