Panes Bread Cafe is a cute brunch spot and bakery located off Sheffield. The food is all really reasonably priced and extremely delicious. The portion sizes are wonderful too. For some reason, the decor is part Iowa Hawkeyes fan part Hispanic culture, but it really works. Highly recommend anyone stop by. View all feedback.

I wanted to love this place. Quaint neighborhood restaurant that has been around a long time. From the foot traffic, they clearly have their local fans. The bread, as advertised, was great. My sandwich was pretty pedestrian otherwise. We also got a cheese bread appetizer that I thought was fine but not great. Service was good and for most of the time we were there, it was just our party of 3 in the small dining room.... View all feedback.
