As a Vietnamese foodie, my favorite soup is bún bò huế (spicy beef noodle soup), and this place truly hits the spot. Noodles are perfectly cooked, broth is deep in flavor, portions are large, and there's no skimping on toppings and fatty meats. The chicken in the Chicken Pho was some cheap processed terrible quality meat. It was not real chicken breast and it tasted horrible. When the staff was spoken to in Vietnamese, they don't understand the language. What do you expect from a Vietnamese food place in Chinatown? A cheap, badly made, knockoff version.
