What charles malone likes about Pistores:
First, the owners are pastry chefs, which really makes sense. Their pizza is so light with a great crisp, and the toppings were well thought through. I loved every bit of my sausage and pepper pizza. The staff is so friendly, and I really enjoyed speaking Spanish with them. I can’t say enough about the crust, etc…. Ate the last two pieces cold three hours later and it was still great.
