I visited all the way from the Midway Airport area and it was one of those days where it was nice and made my way all the way up on Broadway. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! All because I asked why wasn't my food put securely in a bag when it normally has been delivered that way, with or without more food items in the order! Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, while I was not, then he proceeded to tell me he will cancel the transaction and to not order from there again and hung up in my face. Food is always fresh and delicious. Have been coming for years and the quality is always tops. Very friendly owners. Highly recommend!
