What Megan doesn't like about Potbelly:
I went in tonight and ordered 3 milkshakes the nasty attitude lady with the green and black braids was extremely rude and nasty cursing and saying she wasn’t making no more milkshakes and someone better switch with her cause “they” pissing me off. Then stopping every 5mins to check on her son who was on the other side. I’ve never seen customer service like this in my life View all feedback.
This is my third day coming here in the last eight days to try to get a salad. they have nothing to make a salad for the last week. I’m so confused.
