I always order from this location and my food always arrives quickly and is delicious every time.Today the DoorDasher forgot my shake (NBD, accidents happen) and Mason was so friendly and proactive in resolving the issue! Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop. I ordered delivery thru the Potbelly app. This was the worst potbelly Sándwich I have ever had. My boyfriend also said It was “terrible”. Whoever made those sandwiches last night should be fired immediately! It was that Trash. They must not be trained right or they must be independently owned. DO NOT order from this location!!
