This place is great and the people who work here are extremely thoughtful! They have a casual humorous energy that makes you automatically feel welcome. It is one of the more barebones potbelly’s on the inside. The food is solid no complaints. The service is top View all feedback.

ordered a scheduled delivery on the app at 10:45am on 5/20 to be delivered at 1:45pm the same day. since my break was at 2:00pm, i figured a window of 15 minutes would suffice. 2:00 came around and my order still had not left the received section on the order tracker.
