This was my first time eating here as I came across Sai Cafe randomly, and wow! The owner Jimmy was super nice and his staff were fantastic. Warning to unsuspecting diners just trying to have a nice dinner…We ordered a large order tonight. One item — Uni — was unavailable. Instead of preparing the rest of our order, nothing was prepared. At 7:15, 45 minutes past the delivery time, the delivery driver was notified that “they didn’t have our order”. We had no dinner. Come on Sai, you can do way better than that.
