This is a great Starbucks locations. Slightly off Michigan Ave.. the tourist don’t come here as often since it’s hidden in plain site.The staff is friendly fast. Overall a good location!!I give this place a 5Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5 as well View all feedback.

Extremely disappointed with service, manager Jasmine, and drink.They refused to add more water to strawberry acai, and they wanted to charge us to fill the drink 12oz that we paid.Store manager and employees argued with us and on top of it when I requested a manager card she didn’t give it to us.So folks if you dont want ice in your drink, and instead you want water STARBUCKS WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WATER!!Jasmine ‘store...
