For me a 5 star rating has to be a flawless experience. The food at Torchio is fantastic and worthy of 4.5—5 stars. We ordered the Torchio Pasta which was phenomenal. We also ordered Giovanna's Bolognese in parmesan basket. The parmesan basket has potential but half of it was under cooked and chewy. Crispier would make this dish much better. Food was beyond amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Owner came by to make sure we were satisfied with our meal and had friendly conversation! Wonderful homemade pastas. Almost too many to chose from. Excellent, friendly service with craft cocktails and wine.
