Sheetz - Sidman

I was order number 479 8/26/2023 8:32:16pm I order only a hot latte the worker the silence the alarm for my order. Then finish up what they were doing forgot about my order. And proceeded continue to make everybody else's in the line who arrived and paid after I was already waiting. 10 minutes I waited for my drink.

Was very prompt on tending to me and don't have you waiting in line for very long unlike other sheetz

Paid extra for steak on my nachos that I didn't get and you didn't give me a recipet I did hear them repeatedly talking about someone taking a break maybe put that attention to your customers. I was already home before I noticed so I won't be back ever.

This sheetz is amazing. The people really care about what they are doing and the people that come in the door. In more cases than I can count or list they went above and beyond to make mto items a bit customized because they care. For eats and gas and convenience the store is great. Because of the people its superb.
