"Closed due to Coronavirus but delivered an amazing, hot, delicious Sunday lunch. Friendly owner. Been there before for breakfast which was excellent but more sausages would have been nice. Overall fantastic! Would give 5 stars if I could."

"Wow, what a wonderful place. eating was extraordinary. we chose the 6-course menu and every dish that came out was incredible. the staff was very well familiar with the weeping and eating. they were all very relaxed and cheerful. meg was our waitress and she was fantastic, super fun and made our evening very special. thanks. meg. we will definitely come back and recommend it to others. the bedrooms were also very comfortable and our bathroom was spotlessly clean."

"In this caffe he called while he held in exeter enroute from yorkshire to penzance. my colleague and I were ready for an breakfast and we were certainly not disappointed. very good quality breakfast, well cooked and very friendly service. they would be highly recommended!"

We (family of 15 plus dog) called yesterday morning at the end of our vacation in devon before all of our separated go away. the personal could not have been more helpful and accommodation for us. unintrusive music and song from a gent playing a uke made our very unhurried visit a complete joy. many thanks."

"Situated just outside Exeter Central couldn’t think of a better place to wait for a train or to while away the time on a sunny afternoon/evening , as they open around 4pm .Excellent staff and a well stocked bar, a great place to watch the world go by"
