Ok most people would freak out if it took 38 minutes in the drive thru to line up and receive their order. But knowing how things are in food service and retail I understand. Two employees working the lunch rush. The management company needs to recognize the employees that show up for work and run the place as best as they can. What Justin Robbins doesn't like about Burger King:
Got my order wrong. Gave me an extra burger. When I tried to tell them this, they wanted the entire tray back with the receipt, then proceeded to open every burger to find out which was correct. Then, gave us back the tray of food without receipt. Front counter Needs training. View all feedback.
Burger was okay. Fries were cooked. Not sharp. Onion rings were muddy, under boiled or deep fat frit temperature required to top
People were nice, the good was meh. But I ate there during the passage, so I wouldn't know how they are regular.
Never a bad experience. Great customer service. Food always done right.
Bless the manager, he tried. We ordered 2 sets of the 2 for $6 burgers and they came out immediately, bare and cold. Patty dry bun, that's it. My spicy chicken was AGED and cold. So I let him know when my kids wanted condiments and he gave us 2 out of 3 burgers and a regular crispy chicken. I asked for lite mayo on the spicy and both chicken sandwiches were swimming in mayo. So when I ordered more food to go I asked for it fresh and it still came out immediately and yes, was still cold. ?? so that was a long drive for cold, old food. I filled 2 napkins scraping all the mayo off one side. It was completely inedible..
It's fast food but this place was anything but fast. We were there at 3pm, so not a peak time, but our order to go took 20+ minutes! The burgers were hot, but the fries, chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks were cold and dry. Definitely not impressed with the food or the employees.
