The service was outstanding. Our server was upfront and explained the current labor shortage and how it might affect our experience. This information was very appreciated. The drinks were acceptable. Friends were right when they warned us that eating was great, but the service was slow. in fairness they were shorthanded when we visited how the owner was in japan, and the personal did the best she could, but some courses came out quickly while others appeared very slowly. And because the acustic was very bad and there were several large, loud groups, our experience was less than pleasant. I think if we go back, we would sit on one of the 2 outdoor heated terraces. the place has definitiw potential and eating is quite good and creatiw, but they need more waiting staff, and need to do something to absorb some of the noises that cover from the high!
Roe never disappointed. eating was both super and service. family favorites.

This place is a must try; we tried several of the dishes and they were all fantastic. Highlights were the Chicken Karaage, Firecracker roll, and the USDA Prime Grade Blackened Rib-Eye. Chef Phil is awesome and we will definitely be back.
