Update: this location has improved a lot on their speed. Out of all the starbucks stands in Sierra Vista, this location is best for speed, accuracy, and courtesy.This isn’t the fastest location, but they aren’t an actual full service store, so they are overwhelmed and understaffed. It would be nice if Sierra Vista actually had a drive thru. The demand is here. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
There was my daughter. The lady was not friendly at all. Specially asked to redeem my points. Instead, my card was charged when it scanned my phone. Giving 2 stars because my daughter liked her strawberry funnel cake frappe without espresso. We all have our bad days, but when customers are trying to be nice to you, you should try doing the same. This is my favorite Starbucks to come too. Even when the lines are long and they have a lot of drinks, the employees are always so nice and seem calm. Alyssa and Phil are so friendly and kind. Today when I went in to get my drink tweaked, Alyssa was more than willing to I have it remade and had my try it right there to make sure it was perfect (it was Their customer service is impeccable!!
THIS PLACE IS IN A SAFEWAY. PLEASE STATE THAT CLEARLY IN THE DESCRIPTION.
I do not go to Starbucks as I feel their coffee is to strong but a lot of people love it
