Eines mit 19 Punkten Gault Millau und 2 Michelin Sternen und das andere - L'Atelier Gourmand - hat 15 Punkte. Diese sind mehr als verdient. Das Ambiente wie auch der Service sind in lockerem Rahmen (aber nicht minder kompetent), das Essen absolut erste Sahne! Sehr empfehlenswert! read more.

"The two of us went for dinner. The room is a little antiseptic but the tables are well separated: the antithesis of the American Experience. The food was outstandingly cooked and beautifully presented. So what went wrong? Nothing except we don't do complicated and we don't do chichi. There were simply too many differing flavours and attention grabbers in every dish. It's not that we are meat and potatoes lovers either. We like elegance, simplicity and craftsmanship in food, wine, fashion, architecture, music and art. Didier de Courten has all of that to a great degree except simplicity. His works are intricate and thought provoking. I hope many of you read this and decide to go and have a wonderful experience. Give me L'Auberge de L'll, the Trois Tours in Fribourg/Bourguillon, The Connaught in London or the ultimate in understatement the venerable Suchi-Ko in the Ginza. We will try the Brasserie one day but probably continue to stay away from the main dining room."
