"We always stop here for a coffee or hot chocolate when skiing or in the summer when cycling. We recently had lunch outside with great views and lovely food. The staff are very friendly and give a warm welcome."

"The two of us went for dinner. The room is a little antiseptic but the tables are well separated: the antithesis of the American Experience. The food was outstandingly cooked and beautifully presented. So what went wrong? Nothing except we don't do complicated and we don't do chichi. There were simply too many differing flavours and attention grabbers in every dish. It's not that we are meat and potatoes lovers either. We like elegance, simplicity and craftsmanship in food, wine, fashion, architecture, music and art. Didier de Courten has all of that to a great degree except simplicity. His works are intricate and thought provoking. I hope many of you read this and decide to go and have a wonderful experience. Give me L'Auberge de L'll, the Trois Tours in Fribourg/Bourguillon, The Connaught in London or the ultimate in understatement the venerable Suchi-Ko in the Ginza. We will try the Brasserie one day but probably continue to stay away from the main dining room."

"So well placed in sierre center,with parking in the small streets all around , a great point for meetings , stop.the people so nice and serve you even just a coffee or drink without harcelling you to consume more...even in afternoons...you are allways wellcome..."
