This establishment is part of the safe values of sigean. That's why I came back with pleasure (I was invited for a business lunch). We took the menus of the day: beautiful and fresh entry, butcher's piece in the dish. But for me, the butcher was supposed to be nervous that day. Too bad. Where's the note of this day, a failure?
