The hotel is a somewhat hidden gem, just a half-hour bus ride from Oslo. The rooms, the hotel itself, and the outdoor area could use an upgrade, but it is situated idyllically and has a charm that doesn't matter as much as it would if you were staying at a worn down hotel in the city. Decent standard in the rooms, which were in line with expectations. When I arrived at the hotel I was asked to wait 10 min because the receptionist was not available. But he came in a short time. The bar was understaffed and had 15 people in line for a long time, so I dropped it. When I was going to order dinner in the evening, I was recommended to go for the buffet because the chef didn 't want to cook anything else . In return, the food was very good, and the breakfast was top notch! Food drinks: Good food, both breakfast and dinner. Very good buffet with plenty of choice. It's a nice hotel but far from city sentrum oslo plus they have no air-conditioning service but the breakfast was so good.
