Food is always fresh, staff is always the friendliest in the world, and the owners (Russ and Sara) are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They bend over backwards to tend to your needs. I've been eating here since the place opened, often two or three times a week. Great variety, and I love their chili! Far better than Subway, but don't get me wrong, I like Subway too. This place is pretty much just like a generic Subway with more limited bread and toppings choices. Not bad at all and great service but way overrated. I've found that many places on Signal Mountain are overrated and overpriced probably because there is not much up there to choose from. Puckets grocery store is another example. Love this place it's ambience and service. Been going here for 10 plus years and I've never been disappointed. A lovely mom and pop Sub shop.
Fairly fast always friendly service. The soup sandwiches are delicious, as always. Definitely better than subway, yummm.
