Passing thru town for a family gathering. Only 2 traditional sitdown breakfast options; Bo’s was not our first choice but glad our first did not work out. Nice atmosphere. Owner (interim) VERY friendly, down to earth, and funny! Stopped at our table to pour my friend’s husband’s coffee bc we didn’t realize it was self-serve!!! Young wait staff…so the grits ummm! Today after years of eatting Bo's for breakfast. I was highly disappointed with my food and the way I asked for it well done. So I just asked for it to be re-done and the cook which is one of the managers was being mouthy about having to remake it.
