I crave Naga food all throughout the year. So I ordered a bowl of Naga pork with ginger and mechenga and I was completely blown away. This is the most authentic Naga food I’ve ever had outside of Nagaland. My lungs and heart are now filled with the aroma of fermented bamboo shoot and some hot naga spices.
