I love tinto’s and tapas— it’s one of my favorite places in Siloam Springs. The food is great and the service is excellent. However, I only gave 4 stars because they are often closed randomly and without notice. Too many days, I have been craving an arepa, driven to Tinto’s during their business hours and they are closed!
