the Rustica is about as authentic as you can get. The parking out front fills up with local vans and 4x4's because this is the worker's cafe - if it was in England I'd call it a "Greasy spoon" - only it's not greasy. Good local food on a restricted but delicious menu. Open all year round, which matters in the Engadin.
