Let me just say I 've got a bone to pick with latner (or latmer it was difficult too read his name tag). In the words of my friends he was somehow both irritatingly and depressingly slow . My other friend said, and I quote, [the service] was impressively slow . Now I get it, some people have off days, but it just took so long in such a heated place.
