Nothing beats the sands famous holly, relax in the beer garden with spectacular views of the ocean.

"I walked a few weeks to them his caffe on a cold rainy day and it was very warm and cozy inside. I ordered the crumbs and my friend ordered the pancakes. my crumbs were so good! I can't expect to order the crumbs again! my soy-latte was also very nice. I have nothing negative to say about this place, everything was so good!"

"Brilliantly creative menu indeed !! Service top notch !! Food good size serves !! Cocktails so bloody creative and delishhh !! Best coffee ive tasted in a very long time !! Outdoor seating in the beautiful sun overlooking the lovely water of mandurah estuary !! I changed a couple of things I didn't want on my plate and flic was happy to do that !! Modern , fabulous, happy , environment !! This is in the top 3 of my fav restaurants in mandurah for sure.. Well done guys and thankyou for the amazing food experience...friends and myself will def return ..."

"So expensive, $23 for eggs benedict $30 for a chicken ceaser, with no table service. Get your own water cutlery. Girl that served me when I ordered at the counter was nice, but for these prices they need table service and more effort from the kitchen on the food and presentation. View is really nice. Coffee was good."

"Went to Silks with my sister and brother in-law for dinner on a Saturday night. It was about 7:30pm and we had no booking but luckily they have enclosed their outside area and they had a spare table. We ordered three meals - drunkard noodles, cashew nuts with chicken and garlic and pepper I think it was. They were all delicious. We have been there three or four times before and would recommend it to anyone that comes to Mandurah. Great service by the wait staff as well. We have ordered take away on another night and it is just as good as dining in."

"I’ve been a fan of this place since it opened, but last few visits have been disappointing, so not sure if there has been a change in management. Visited Friday 20/11/20 bought a couple of slices of carrot cake, the cake was dry, crumbly and...obviously wasn’t fresh, after first bite it went straight in bin."
