We love Chick -Fil-A we visit almost 4 times a week and the peach smoothie is super yummy and the frozen lemonade omg is so good , I always order the coop salad and my boys the sandwiches and fries and soda . We love it View all feedback.
What Joshah Bloomfield doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I am giving this restaurant 1 star solely because the food was fresh. However, aside from that, the dining room is dirty and disgusting. I didn't mind at first until I found out they don't provide trays. I had to eat on a dirty table and use napkins as a makeshift tray. One of the worst chics I ever had. the service is terrible. If you want to be rude, you have come to the right Chick-Fol a. I was in agreement with the first person that they picked up my order all ignored me, but then when a gentlemen went up they helped him immediately. seems that they have some discriminatory problems that need to be solved before the employees upset the wrong customer so that they can stand there for 10 minutes as they do not exist.
I suggest installing a monitor showing the take out order name and order number so that we don't hear 5 or 6 cashiers are yelling at the same time. Especially during the pandemic that hearing people talking with masks is pretty hard and you guys are always busy.
Overall, I am a Chick- Fil-A fun and I love the food and service in most location, however my experience in the Tech Rd location (mobile order) delivery needs a lot of attention. Whenever I order via mobile and there is always something wrong. Wrong food, cold fries, missing sauce, or drinks, or wrong kids' toy.... etc. Always there is something. I can see my order description labeled in the food bag; however, I don't think they double check at all. Now days I have started to go to Rockville or Onley location. Ordered delivery through the app and received a WHOLE different order. Extremely upset. Cove been calling not getting an answer from anyone. What makes this all a bit crazy is the fact that my order if on the bag but everything inside isn’t what I ordered. I also spent 25.00 on this order all together.
Slowest, most inefficient Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Wasn’t busy a lot of workers but I waited a while for a chicken biscuit
