This is the best Chinese in the silver spring. My wife's family has been here for over 30 years. I'm glad we keep this tradition alive. My only advice; eat all sesame chickens when ordering. Since they do all white meat (they really do), do not heat it well. All other foods are excellent during reheating. View all feedback.
Damn I was planning on going here tomorrow but I didn't know they closed. You guys were my first Chinese experience when I was 5 years always were and will always be my most favorite.
Believe it or not, Hunan Manor is closing! Food wasn't its usual quality last (very last? night, but will miss it as a very good local restaurant!
I craved PF Chang's but it was closed and thought why not try local? I ordered Chinese food from Human Manor on Christmas Day through Seamless for pickup. The estimated prep time was 30-40 minutes, and my food was ready when I got there about 35 minutes after I placed the order. The front desk staff (behind a big plastic divider) was immediately available and friendly. Kung Pao Chicken $14.00 The Kung Pao Chicken was a huge portion, which I'm always grateful for when I can make more than one meal out of a dish. It was a mix of white and dark meat and was chewy, felt like it was more skin than meat, and did not feel freshly made. Vegetable Lo Mein $12.00 The Vegetable Lo Mein was tasty, with slippery, well-cooked, flavorful noodles with plenty of sauce. There were a lot of broccoli heads in the dish. Vegetable Fried Rice $12.00 The Vegetable Fried Rice was a huge portion but did not look or taste appealing. It was hard, flavorless, and did not taste fresh. I did not enjoy the taste and just ate more of the lo mein instead.
Great food. Staff are very nice. If are looking for good Chinese then you will need to go here.
My favorite place to get combination lo mein good place to grab good food. Nice people working there. Quick service.
