Terrible tasting chai latte. I asked about it, and staff said it was made correctly; they could make it again, but it would taste the same, or give me a refund. Will use the Starbucks around the corner next time. Staff was polite and space was clean. Was very disappointed that my latte tasted more like milk than chai. read more.
