What Russel Russel doesn't like about 1609 Restaurant & Lounge:
We were the only people in the place. Very poor service. Waitress left beer sitting on bar while she ate her lunch. No offers to refill coffee, beer or water. Dropped food off and came back to bring the bill. Charged $2 extra for no fries that came with meal plus another $2 for salad. Fries with hubbys meal were old and left over from earlier.
