Placed an order online was told to pick up 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later and my meal is not ready. A person cut the bread saw it was time to clock out and did so. Meanwhile another customer walks in and begins getting help as my order waited. Six people working it just didn’t seem like they had it together. "My family and I visited this restaurant on Saturday.We were excited because this was going to our first time and we heard they had great burgers! My burger and my Sister's burgers were fully cooked through and very tasty.My Mother and My Nieces burgers were raw in the middle.When we spoke to the waitresses we were told that is now their burgers were made.I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me their( my Mother and Niece) burgers where not to look like that and that they were not cooked proberly.He offered to cook them new burgers, my Mother said she would appreciate that, my Niece said no that she didn't trust that it would be made right. My Mother got her new burger (asking for it to be well done), when she got her new burger it was again not cooked fully.I asked my Mother if she wanted me to tell them and she said no, she was tired and just wanted to go home.When we got home we have the burger to our dog.Were very dissatisfied with our experience."

"My wife and I stopped by on Valentine's Day without reservations and told the wait was 20-30 minutes. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes before leaving. The staff was holding open tables for up to 20 minutes waiting for the next reservation. We made reservations this time for Fathers Day, but on arrival were told the restaurant was not accepting the reservations because they were too busy. Fortunately, the wait was reasonable this time. Food is great, but our service was a little slow."
