Great food and great place to sit and eat. Service was not great but I think this was more due to bad scheduling of the staff. What John W doesn't like about Kucu Tequila Bistro:
First had to ask for a napkin and silverware. Had to get the attention of the bartender since he walked by me a few times not saying I'll be right with you or acknowledging my presence. Had steak tacos. $21 for 3 and was all filler not much steak and the steak was a cheap **** cut. House wine for $15. The margaritas were outstanding. The service by Gabby and Jacob was stellar. We were staying at the hotel and frequented this spot. Lovely outdoor space where our dog was welcomed too. We had the chili, bison, burgers and tacos. All were delicious. Friendly staff, lively place and great happy hour!

Food is consistently good. Service is consistently slow. I'm sure it's a lack of employees but be aware. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
